It’s been more than 3 months since my last post. Might feel like I’ve disappeared into busy-ness. But actually in the 115 days, I’ve been teaching the DCI principles in many places like

- Surabaya, Indonesia
- Johor Bahru, Malaysia
- Singapore
- Shenzhen, China
- Guangzhou, China
- Hongkong, Greater China
- Bali, Indonesia
5 Weeks Away from Home
Then I jetted off to Sedona, Arizona, USA for a 2 week intensive business seminar at the Sedona College of International Management… followed by 10 days at Diamond Mountain Retreat Center near Fort Bowie. And then finally 4 days to unwind in Downtown Los Angeles.
When I started writing this post, it was 1.02am in Rimrock, Arizona, catching up on my sleep and work. Of course, who wouldn’t do that after a 2 week intensive business seminar at the Sedona College of International Management session 6? Where my mind is soaked with the Diamond Cutter principles.
Fighting Jet Lag & Keeping Energy Up
When I felt the initial push to write this post, it was day 2 for the business seminar which was very much like a professional bootcamp. Having to strong-arm jet lag so that I can function above business-as-usual energy levels, the compelling need to write and also to journal, document what I’ve been up to, what I’ve achieved, snuck its way into my mind.
And of course, jet lag won; the body succumbed, with heavy eyelids and a head that weighed like a ton of bricks.
But it’s never too late to pick up from where I left off almost 4 weeks ago. It’s crazy I know, that it took so long to complete a single blog post.
Dead Tired But Worth It
The past 115 days, almost 4 months, have been physically demanding but definitely nothing short of rewarding. Busy-ness is a given, but I’m happy and proud to say that’s it’s not blind busy-ness but productive work with a clear vision for the immediate future and the longer term.
